SEO Rapid Index Checker is an MVP demo estimator. When you run a check, pasted URLs are sent to this site's /api/check-index endpoint so the service can validate the input, apply abuse limits, and return deterministic mock estimate results for that request.
Information we process
The current MVP processes URL inputs to validate formats, remove duplicate entries, enforce the 25 URL starter limit, and generate mock status labels. It does not call Google, scrape search results, use Google Search Console, or send submitted URLs to a third-party indexing API.
CSV exports are generated and downloaded in your browser from the visible result data. You are responsible for how exported CSV files are stored, shared, or uploaded after download.
We do not intentionally save pasted URLs to user accounts, history, or report databases in this MVP. Hosting, Cloudflare, security, and API logs may temporarily process technical data such as IP address, User-Agent, timestamps, request path, errors, and rate-limit events for operations, debugging, and abuse prevention. These logs should be retained only as long as needed for provider operations, security, debugging, or legal requirements.
Google login and account access
If you use Continue with Google, authentication happens through Google OAuth. We use the OAuth response only to verify your email and basic profile identifiers needed for account access and entitlement lookup. We never ask for, see, or store your Google password.
The site may set secure, HttpOnly session and OAuth state cookies for login. Do not share cookies, session screenshots, tokens, or payment receipts publicly.
Paid access and Stripe checkout
When paid checkout is enabled, Stripe is the self-serve payment provider for Pro and Lifetime Early Bird plans. Stripe may process checkout email, customer, subscription, payment, fraud-prevention, refund, and webhook metadata under Stripe's own policies.
SEO Rapid Index Checker stores entitlement records needed to fulfill paid access, such as email, plan, billing status, payment provider, finite usage limits, accepted legal/disclaimer versions, and non-sensitive Stripe identifiers returned by webhooks. These records are used for access control, support, abuse prevention, refunds, and billing troubleshooting.
Legacy signed email entitlement tokens may remain supported for compatibility, but Google login is the primary account flow for new Stripe checkout. Avoid sharing entitlement tokens or session cookies.
Sensitive or confidential URLs
Do not submit passwords, API keys, private admin links, confidential client lists, URLs containing personal data, NDA-restricted URLs, illegal content, or URLs you are not authorized to process.
No Google affiliation
SEO Rapid Index Checker is independent and is not affiliated with Google, Alphabet, or Google Search Console. Demo outputs are informational estimates only.
Future services
If saved report history, analytics, Google Search Console property access, Google APIs beyond basic login, or third-party index/SERP providers are added later, this policy should be updated before launch to describe the data collected, purpose, provider sharing, retention, deletion, and user choices. A future GSC workflow should require separate Google consent and only inspect properties the user owns or is authorized to manage.
